Already booked your event with us? This is also a great time to come with your vendors & Day of Coordinator to work on planning your event!

You are welcome to stop by the open house with no appointment needed. Should you need time before 2:00 pm, additional appointments available upon request.

If you are needing hotel accommodations for your guests, the Best Western Plus, across the street from us has rooms available to tour during our open house hours!

***DAY OF COORDINATORS ONLY*** If you are planning to attend an open house prior to your scheduled event, please click here to schedule your meeting with our Event Manager. We require having a meeting with our Event Manager prior to each event (Preferably a week or two before.). If you are already on site and didn’t make an appointment, please let us know what date you are Coordinating for so we can quick meeting with you at that time.
